Studio Job & Seletti unveil 'Felix' Cat Lamp for BLOW Collaboration
Dutch design duo Studio Job and Italian design brand Seletti enrich their BLOW collaboration with the addition of ‘Felix’, a cat-shaped LED lamp inspired by Job Smeets’ cat.
Previously available as a series of limited-edition bronze sculptures, the Cat Lamp is produced entirely from resin and follows in the footsteps of the pairs launched Banana Lamp and Seletti's Monkey & Mouse Lamps by Marcantonio.
Available in three colourways; black, white and black & white, the 1:1 scale feline emits a soft diffused light from its eyes via an integrated LED source.
The upright tail reveals the cats rear which features a USB port and switches/dimmers that are positioned, poetically, as the genitals. The lamp is equipped with a rechargeable battery that lasts for 9 hours, making it ideal for moving from room to room.
