Graphic designer Inka Mathew found herself intrigued by the colours in the everyday objects around her, captivated by a vivid blue flower in her front garden, she decided to use her Pantone colour book to match the small object to its respective Pantone number. Matthew stared photographing and sharing other matches she had made, resulting in a series of images titled 'Tiny PMS Match.' Objects range from a Pink Polka Dot plant (Pantone 7423) to a stationary pencil (Pantone 143). The project has garnered a large following with a successful Instagram and Tumblr page, a book is scheduled for release early next year.
