Saint Laurent Renovates It's Faubourg Saint-Honore Flagship in Paris

Following the fashion labels rebranding process that began in 2012, Saint Laurent recently completed the renovation of its Parisian flagship store. Located at 38 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, the dedicated womenswear store features heavy use of veined marble, floor to ceiling mirrors and metallics. The most noticeable changes to the new interior are the inclusion of Art Deco furnishings and African masks; leaving behind the ultra-minimilist look of its other stores. Hedi Slimane hand-picked pieces from Danish furniture craftsman Theo Ruth and French designers Jacques Adnet, André Sornay and Alfred Porteneuve by Jacques-Émile Ruhlmann. The space also acts as a design museum of sorts, with items from the permanent collection and accessories showcased throughout. The menswear store located at 32 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré is currently in the midst of a similar revamp and due to open later this year.
