Pelmets, valances, swags and tails used on their own or with curtains or blinds can be used on almost any shape and style of window. These top treatments can be adapted to any shape or design to suit different window sizes in the same room.
With a straight or shaped lower edge, contrasts, tassels, braids and trims can be added to highlight the lower edge, usually a good idea when used with curtains of the same fabric to give the design definition.
